From time to time we like to thank the citizens who directly support the mission and vision of the Sherwood Public Library.

First, our Library Advisory Board, members of which apply for appointment and are approved by Council. They include John Urban (Chair), Debbi Canepa, Nancy Ellingson, Liz Myers, Debra Pearce, Colin Woodbury and Laura Woodbury. The Board meets the first Monday of alternate months at 6:30 p.m.

Second, our Friends of the Library, who stage the wonderful used book sale each year, led by President Jeannette Voss. New members are always welcome.

Thrid, Linda Henderson, City Council liaison. Linda attends Board meetings, special Library events and provides direct Council support.

We appreciate the work and support that we receive from the entire community. The citizens cited above are Library leaders - they represent you and do it well.
